Antenatal + Birth Planning Support
Pregnancy is both a time of excitement and preparation. I remember being pregnant with my first baby and having that moment where I was reminded that this baby had to come out one way or another! I can help you navigating all the decision making, birth planning and most importantly education and readiness for birth, however you desire it to look. My hope is to help families enjoy and feel equipped with the knowledge and confidence for what is to come. I will also be there to facilitate a time of reflection after your precious baby’s arrival, with a final birth processing session.

Full Birth Journey Support
This package is the full spectrum of support, with my presence and guidance throughout your birth. Research suggests that doula care is linked to more positive birth experiences and, for some, fewer interventions. With our national healthcare system under increasing pressure, I can offer consistent, attentive support, helping you feel cared for and instilling confidence by being a familiar presence. I am passionate about helping women awaken their own inner strength for this transformative moment. Maybe you are wanting to protect your plans for natural birth? Or you were constrained to a certain path for previous births and you want more autonomy this time…whatever your reasoning is for wanting consistency and assurance of support - I may be who you’re looking for.

Postpartum at Home Support
This sweet baby has joined your family… now what?
When the wild, beautiful adventure of parenthood begins, it is normal and maybe even necessary to feel out of your depth or overwhelmed by the world of nappies, feeding, sleep and safety - not to mention the shift in hormones and change in lifestyle. I have been there and I know the vast practical and emotional needs I had during that tender, sacred time. This is where postnatal doulas come in. I can help with at home support, from cooking, to holding baby while you shower, assisting with sleep routines, meal planning, education and signposting on safety or feeding and being a safe space to listen as you process all the change. With years of nannying experience under my belt, I can even take care of older siblings while you bond with your new addition - whatever is needed to help you heal and connect!
The fourth trimester doesn’t just mark the start of your baby’s life outside of the womb, it marks your blossoming as a parent. If you feel empowered and content at such a pivotal time, it can deeply impact the bond you form with your baby and the relationship you have with your own intuition throughout parenthood.
